Terms and Conditions

Programs in the Church auditorium or Fellowship Hall that require use of the sound or video systems must have a church staff member or member of One Life’s audio/music ministry on duty during event.
The User/ renter may not allow the rooms they are using to be used by any other person or entity.
Children and youth must be supervised at all times by an adult representative of the User.
User/renter agrees to not use spaces not requested on this agreement.
Pets are not allowed in the building, with the exception of service animals. Must provide certification.
The Custodian or One Life representative will open and close the building.
One Life is a non-smoking, non-alcohol, and non-elicit drug facility.
No firearms or weapons are allowed on the church property.
One Life Christian Church is not responsible for any damage of personal property for guests or vendors associated with this event.
One Life Christian Church cannot be held liable for any injuries caused as a result of this event.
User/ renter agrees to a standard cleaning fee for this event of $250 for non- members ($200 for formal members).
